I stumbled across this comic today and was immediately reminded of some of the horrific spreadsheets I've been asked to import into various systems over the years. The main one that popped into mind was the one with a column labeled "Part Number" but contained not only part numbers but also: part descriptions, prices, personnel names, e-mail addresses, AND phone numbers!
