I was recently introduced to a dice game called Petals Around The Rose and decided to create my own version and use it as an example in my upcoming AJAX presentation. Just for fun, I also decided to adapt the code to function on this site too.

Unlike some other versions of this game, you won't find the solution by viewing the source of this page. This version uses AJAX to call a SOAP Web service. Have Fun!

Instructions:
The game is simple, just roll the dice and guess the answer. Be sure to keep the following points in mind as you play.

• The name of the game is "Petals Around The Rose."
• The name of the game is important.
• The answer will always be zero or an even number.
